LEGAL NOTICE, WARNING, AND LEGAL DISCLAIMER:

Currently, until further written notice, a troubled individual named Christopher L. Stann has illegally hijacked Lander, Inc., along with all its assets, commercial and residential properties, bank accounts, and more. This individual has escalated these actions since concealing the death of the former legally appointed officer, president, director, and secretary of Lander, Inc., Sara Jean Stann. He has committed various illegal acts, including submitting fraudulent documents to the Illinois Secretary of State (IL SOS), as confirmed by the IL SOS Business Services public-facing website.

Christopher L. Stann unlawfully declared himself to be the officer, president, director, secretary, and registered agent of Lander, Inc., despite lacking any legal authorization to do so. The Legal Department of IL SOS has been informed of these facts along with credible, conclusive evidence, resulting in Lander, Inc. being placed on various "on hold" and "dissolved" statuses, with no services available.

The legal authority of Susan Stann Airst, J.D., as the 100% sole shareholder, legally authorized officer, and director of Lander, Inc., is supported by relevant authorities, including but not limited to the Illinois Business Corporations Act, Lander, Inc. Bylaws, and Lander, Inc. Articles of Incorporation. Additionally, Christopher L. Stann filed a Certified Financial Affidavit under the penalty of perjury, represented by his attorney, and submitted to the presiding judge and opposing counsel, stating that the only entity he owns any part of is Stanley Productions, Inc. According to this affidavit, he claims to own "0" of Lander, Inc. or any other entity.

Susan Stann Airst, J.D. remains the 100% shareholder of Lander, Inc. and the only legally authorized representative of the company. Despite his lack of lawful authority, Christopher L. Stann continues to hijack Lander, Inc. and engage in a range of unlawful conduct without the knowledge, consent, or authorization of Susan Stann Airst, J.D.

ADDITIONAL WARNING: If you or your organization are facilitating Christopher L. Stann's crimes or tortious conduct in any manner, you may be held liable as an accomplice and/or co-conspirator under applicable statutes and laws. Lander, Inc., its sole legally authorized 100% owner and shareholder, officer, director, heirs, etc., reserves all rights without prejudice.

When legally authorized ownership regains control of these properties and assets, there will be a commitment to implementing improved, experienced, and professional corporate governance and management of Lander, Inc. and its assets, which will benefit many entities and individuals.
